Where we ship

We ship to the United States and to 25+ countries internationally — including Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. Don't see your country at checkout? Email us and we'll do our best to help.

When your order arrives

Lumi is currently available for pre-order. Pre-order items ship within 4–6 weeks as we complete our first production run — you're reserving from our founding batch. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Shipping speed & cost

Once your order ships, you can choose Standard or Express delivery at checkout. Exact shipping rates and available carriers (USPS, FedEx, DHL) are calculated for your address at checkout, so you'll always see the cost before you pay.
